The rates shown in STS Figure 6(i) for 2000 to 2014 are for full-time, first-time undergraduates. Estimates for all undergraduates are generally higher, at around 50 percent. Some caution is needed in the use of this data as 100 percent of students in schools with large percentages of low-income students are now approved for free or reduced prince lunch.
